A LOVE LETTER TO SONOMA VALLEY

Jack London Village began in 1839 with the sawmill General Vallejo built at the confluence of the Asbury and Sonoma Creeks to process locally harvested redwoods. Joshua Chauvet bought the mill from Vallejo and converted it into a gristmill in 1856, and later built Glen Ellen Winery & Distillery on the property. The Pagani family kept it running until the 1960’s, even during Prohibition. In the 1940’s, Charles Pagani built the current cinderblock building to replace the stone winery, now the home of Wine Country Chocolates, Yeti Restaurant, Schermeister Winery, and Songbird Parlour.

Inspired by this history, we offer an elegant venue designed to evoke each of your senses with modern and global decor, a space filled with art and music, and inspiration from around the world. This is a dining experience like no other in Wine Countryβ€”rich, elegant, beautiful, and designed for the innately curious.

Songbird Parlour is a woman-owned, posh Victorian lounge and restaurant in the heart of Sonoma Valley, offering a vibrant dining experience that showcases the region’s finest ingredients and wines.

With a deep commitment to supporting local farms, wineries, and artisans, Songbird Parlour aims to be a cultural hub that reflects the dynamic spirit of Sonoma Valley.
