Voted best Taco Taco Truck in Sonoma County in 2023 by the Press Democrat, Galvan’s made it’s way onto the scene with it’s finger-licking Birria tacos. They might have won our heart though with their loaded grilled cheese sandwiches, stuffed with oozing Mexican cheese, plenty of cebolla and cilantro and your choice of meat.
