Raised on a farm with 100-year-old apple trees, Tatiana has been eating and cooking with apples since she was just a tot. While culinary arts has always been a passion, her career in music has remained the focus of her life. However, with the pandemic giving her time away from work and her loved ones encouraging her, she entered this years Mendocino County Apple Fair and won Blue Ribbon for best double-crust pie!
